We are looking for an experienced and agile CEO to lead a growing automotive components manufacturing organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead overall business strategy, growth and profitability.
Drive sales, marketing, business development and OEM relationships.
Take complete ownership of end-to-end business operations, including manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, quality, engineering and administration.
Oversee operational excellence, process improvements and cost optimization.
Drive business expansion, strategic partnerships and recent market opportunities.
Manage complete P&L;, financial performance and business growth.
Build and lead a high-performing management team.

Candidate Profile:




18–25+ years of experience in the automobile or auto components industry.
Prior experience as CEO, MD, Business Head, President or COO.
Strong experience in managing end-to-end business operations, sales, marketing and P&L.;
Proven exposure to automotive manufacturing, OEM relationships and Tier-1/Tier-2 customers.
Solid leadership, strategic planning and business development capabilities.
Demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth, operational excellence and profitability.
