About the Role

AssessInfra Technology is looking for a skilled, friendly, and well-organized Front Desk Associate to manage front-office operations and provide a welcoming experience to visitors, clients, and employees.

Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees professionally.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor inquiries.
Manage appointments, meeting schedules, and visitor entries.
Maintain visitor registers and front-desk records.
Coordinate with internal departments for daily office activities.
Handle courier, mail, and document management.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Provide administrative support to the HR and Administration teams.

Required Skills




Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
Qualified attitude and presentable personality.
Solid organizational and multitasking skills.
Punctual, polite, and responsible.
Ability to manage front-desk activities efficiently.

Educational Qualification
Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
