Role Description The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, with a focus on building and expanding the company’s client base. Day-to-day tasks include generating and qualifying leads, conducting client outreach through calls, emails, and meetings, and presenting service offerings in a clear and compelling manner. The role involves managing and nurturing client accounts, maintaining accurate records of interactions, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.



The Business Development Executive will also monitor market trends, gather client feedback, and support the development of sales strategies and proposals. This is a full time, on-site role based in Karawal Nagar.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Current Business Development and Lead Generation to identify, qualify, and convert prospective clients.
Candidates should possess solid Business and Account Management skills to handle negotiations, maintain relationships, and support long-term client engagement.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to conduct client meetings, deliver presentations, and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
Relevant experience in IT services, software solutions, or a related field is beneficial.
Ability to work with targets, manage time effectively, and use CRM or sales tracking tools is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related discipline is an advantage.
