Track yarn inward and raw material availability.
Follow up on yarn dyeing schedules and completion dates.
Coordinate weaving production and loom planning.
Monitor fabric finishing and processing timelines.
Follow up on fabric inspection, quality clearance, and rework.
Coordinate packing, invoicing, and final dispatch.
Maintain an order-wise production tracking sheet with planned and actual completion dates.
Identify delays, coordinate corrective action, and communicate revised delivery dates to management.
Ensure on-time delivery of every customer order.
