Architectural Assistant
Experience: 3+ years
What you’ll do
Develop design concepts, plans, elevations and sections from early ideas through to working drawings.
Prepare drawings for building permits and support statutory approvals under Kerala Building rules.
Produce accurate drawing sets and details, and coordinate them with consultants like structural, MEP and interiors teams.
What we’re looking for
Diploma in Architecture, or an equivalent qualification
3+ years of relevant experience in an architectural practice
Solid AutoCAD skills; SketchUp or Revit is an advantage
Valuable design sense, Design detailing and working drawings attention to detail and a willingness to learn
Robust knowledge in KMBR and local permit requirements preferred
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
