Handle outbound customer calls.
Respond to customer queries in a professional manner.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Maintain customer records and update call details.
Resolve customer issues or escalate them when required.
Qualifications

Experienced candidates with tele-calling/customer support is an added advantage Requirements
Good communication skills in English
Positive listening and customer handling skills.
Location : Pammam , Marthandam.
Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
Willingness to work in a voice process.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
