Role Description The Graphic Designer will work on-site in Lucknow in a full time capacity, collaborating with marketing and project teams to create visual assets for digital and print media. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing graphics for social media, presentations, and campaigns, developing logos and brand elements, and ensuring consistent use of typography and branding across all materials. The role involves translating concepts and briefs into clear, visually appealing designs, preparing files for production,



and refining designs based on feedback. The Graphic Designer will also participate in brainstorming sessions, maintain design libraries and templates, and stay updated on design trends and industry standards.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create cohesive visual assets.
Experience in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain brand identity.
Proficiency in Typography and layout principles for both digital and print materials.
Advanced knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent software.
Ability to interpret briefs, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a rapid-paced environment.
Attention to detail, creativity, and a portfolio demonstrating relevant design work.
Robust communication and collaboration skills, with openness to feedback and iteration.
Formal education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred but equivalent practical experience will be considered.
