Objective

Perform space management program, assuring process and data governance with accuracy compliance.

Primary Job Responsibilities

Fully dedicated on-account resource supporting Space Data Management Team (SDM) services:
CAFM Operations - Management and maintenance of Client’s CAFM technology (Archibus)
Support location coordinator’s / teams to maintain accurate employee data & floor plan information in CAFM.
Dedicated CAD support for ongoing CAFM maintenance.
Data archiving.
MIS for Executive review
Perform headcount/space allocation analyses and provide detailed reports of this for review - Space data (allocations and space types) maintenance
Assist with office space planning support as needed
Supports the Move coordination team with data integrity
Accommodates ad-hoc requests for queries from the database.
Reports issues and concerns related to the overall use, functionality and performance of technology to the team lead
