Role Objective

We are looking for a Planning Analyst who can develop, maintain and monitor project schedules for multiple Renewable Energy EPC projects while supporting portfolio-level planning and project controls.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project.
Develop Integrated Master Schedule.
Update weekly progress from site teams.
Monitor planned vs actual progress.
Identify schedule variance and critical path.
Perform delay analysis and recovery planning.
Forecast project completion dates.
Monitor resource loading and productivity.




Track baseline changes and maintain variation register.
Prepare look-ahead schedules.
Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement and Construction teams.
Support PMO Lead in weekly project reviews.
Generate planning reports for management.
