Open Position:
HR Executive (2+ Years)
Talent Acquisition Executive (Fresher - 5 Years)

Location: Sarthana Jakatnaka, Surat

Key Responsibilities:

>> Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, job portals, and databases.
Screen candidates and conduct initial discussions.
Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, offers, and joining.
Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment records.

>> HR Activities
Support employee onboarding and documentation.
Handle day-to-day employee coordination and HR queries.
Assist with attendance, leave, employee engagement, and HR operations.




Maintain accurate employee and HR records.
Support internal HR initiatives and team activities.

>> Requirements
Minimum 6 Months of experiecne in HR, Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable sourcing, screening, and coordination abilities.
Ability to manage multiple requirements and work with targets.
Experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, or ATS is an advantage.
