Job Title: Junior Recruiter

Responsibilities:
Source and screen candidates through job portals and other channels.
Coordinate interviews, assessments, and candidate follow-ups.
Achieve recruitment targets and close vacancies within deadlines.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Assist the HR Manager with daily HR activities and documentation.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management or a related HR discipline.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
Target-oriented, proactive, and willing to work under deadlines.
Note: This is an in office position at our Kochi office. Remote and freelance applications are not applicable.
