Role & responsibilities

Calibration Management
Coordinate calibration activities with vendors, users, and internal departments.
Monitor and track calibration schedules to ensure timely execution.
Execute and maintain calibration records in SAP.
Ensure all critical instruments are calibrated as per defined schedules and procedures.

Instrument Maintenance
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant instrumentation systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve instrumentation-related issues to minimize equipment downtime.
Ensure proper functioning of process instruments used in manufacturing, utility, and packaging areas.

Documentation & Compliance
Maintain calibration and maintenance documentation in compliance with GMP requirements.
Ensure adherence to Quality Management System (QMS) procedures and regulatory guidelines.
Support audits, inspections, and compliance activities related to instrumentation.

System Management
Work effectively with SAP, QMS, and other quality management software applications.
Generate reports, maintain records, and support data review activities.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth execution of maintenance and calibration activities.
