Role & responsibilities :
Explain courses, programs, and learning perks to prospective students and parents.
Counsel students based on their academic needs and career goals.
Follow up with leads and convert prospects into enrollments.
Achieve monthly sales and enrollment targets.
Maintain student records and update CRM regularly.
Build robust relationships with students and parents.
Coordinate with academic and support teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
Preferred candidate profile :
03 years of experience in sales, counselling, or customer service.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Target-oriented with a strong focus on student enrollments.
Ability to understand student needs and recommend suitable courses.
Strong follow-up, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
