Role & responsibilities
Identify and develop recent business opportunities through field visits, market research, and networking.
Generate leads and build a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
Visit construction sites, consultants, contractors, builders, and corporate clients to understand project requirements.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical/estimation team for suitable proposals.
Follow up on enquiries, quotations, tenders, and commercial negotiations.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects.
Achieve assigned monthly/quarterly business development and revenue targets.
Maintain regular records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and business opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth conversion of leads into projects.




Prepare and submit regular MIS and business development reports to management.

Preferred candidate profile
Master's / Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
25 years of experience in Business Development / Sales, preferably in EPC, MEP, Construction, or Infrastructure.
Solid communication, negotiation, presentation, and networking skills.
Willingness to travel extensively for field visits and client meetings.
Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated approach.
Positive knowledge of the local construction and infrastructure market.
Valid driving licence and willingness to travel is preferred.
