Optimise and monitor our manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, and cost across three units in Recent Delhi and Ghaziabad
Key Responsibilities
Run time and motion studies; set standard times for all operations
Find and remove bottlenecks and waste on the production line
Improve layout, line balancing, and material flow
Apply Lean tools: 5S, Kaizen, Kanban
Plan capacity and manpower; track efficiency and rework KPIs
Create SOPs and process plans for current products
Qualifications
B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Industrial or Production Engineering
6+ years of relevant experience in improving efficiency in manufacturing facilities (textile, bags, or apparel preferred)
Skills Required
Solid grasp on Lean Manufacturing and 5S rules
Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsRole & responsibilities
