Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Explain gemstone products, prices, and specifications to customers.
Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales.
Maintain robust relationships with existing customers and develop recent customers.
Manage sales records, customer databases, and daily sales reports.
Coordinate with the packing and dispatch team for order processing.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements
Previous experience in sales or customer handling is preferred.
Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Excel.
Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally.
Experience in gemstones, jewellery, or online sales will be an advantage.
A target-oriented approach with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Salary

18,000 - 30,000 per month, depending on experience and performance.
