Responsible for all WW Billing Activities, timely invoice delivery, Sales Operations, Renewals and Qualified Services team coordination

Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure accurate invoices are generated in line with customer PO s, Statement of Work, legal addendums.
Invoices are generated timely and distributed within 24 hours to customers and partners.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, PS, upfront and renewals sales operations on invoicing requirements.
Audit of invoicing to sales orders in Oracle and NetSuite to ensure no dollars are missed
Process and audit credit memos packages, ensure Corporate Signature Matrix is followed.
Support both internal and external audit reviews.
Participate in ERP system enhancements, including detailed testing, coordination with IT and cross-functional teams, revenue.
Support special projects, as appropriate
Support month-end and quarter-end work duties,



along with extended hours work hours as needed to support the business
Timely Account reconciliations.

Requirements
Bachelor s degree and or equivalent work experience, 6 years minimum
Solid business understanding of the quote-to-cash process, key focus on billing
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Valuable basic accounting experience
Proven work experience in Billing
Hi-tech industry work experience preferred
Netsuite and Salesforce experience
Moderate to advance excel skills
