Role & responsibilities
Prepare detailed financial models, pitch books, and valuation analyses.
Support deal origination, investor outreach, and client presentations.
Conduct due diligence, industry benchmarking, and peer comparison.
Coordinate with lenders, investors, and internal stakeholders for transaction execution.
Assist in structuring transactions and preparing term sheets, IMs, and proposals.
Preferred candidate profile
Robust understanding of finance, valuation, and deal execution.
Excellent command over Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling tools.
Robust analytical and communication skills.
Ability to work under tight timelines and manage multiple projects.
