Job Summary

About the Role

We are hiring a Sales Executive in Hyderabad to drive sales of our on-grid and hybrid solar inverters across Maharashtra. You will be responsible for building client relationships, achieving sales targets, and representing Gronsol's commitment to clean, made-in-India solar technology.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach solar EPCs, distributors, and installers in the region
Present product offerings, features, and advantages
Close B2B sales and ensure client satisfaction
Achieve assigned monthly sales targets




Monitor local market trends and competitor activities
Travel within Nagpur and nearby districts as needed

Qualifications

MBA in Sales / Marketing / Business Development
1 3 years of field/B2B sales experience (solar preferred)
Excellent communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English
Positive presentation and client-handling skills
Familiarity with solar or electrical products is a plus
