Role & Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to U.S. clients and potential taxpayers.
Explain U.S. tax filing and accounting services.
Identify client requirements and generate leads.
Follow up with prospects and convert leads into clients.
Achieve assigned calling and sales targets.
Maintain client records and coordinate with the tax team.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Freshers to 2 years of experience in sales, telecalling, BPO
Female candidates preferred
Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
Confident and comfortable speaking with U.S. clients.
Good convincing and follow-up skills.
Target-oriented and willing to learn U.S. taxation.
Comfortable working in a U.S. shift/night shift.
