Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and skilled Business Development Executives to join our Tally Sales team. The role requires confidence in face-to-face meetings, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn and build a career in sales.

Key Responsibilities
Acquire current customers for Tally products and services
Conduct product demos for prospects
Visit clients and Chartered Accountants for meetings
Build relationships and close sales through direct interaction
Maintain follow-ups with interested customers

Requirements
Freshers with a passion for sales
Qualification: BBA, B.Com,



MBA or related fields
Presentable and confident in client-facing situations
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of accounting
Knowledge of Tally is an advantage (not mandatory)
Willingness to travel locally for client visits

Compensation

Stipend: 10,000 per month for 3 months

Post-Internship PPO: CTC: 4 LPA
2.4 LPA fixed
1.6 LPA variable
