Job Description: International Non-Voice Process
Location: Hyderabad
Salary: Up to 5.5 LPA CTC
Work Week: 5 Days a Week
Shift: Rotational Shifts.
cab provided one way ( with in the radius of 23km).
Job Requirements:-
Minimum 1 year of experience in any of the following:
International Voice Process
International Chat Support
Technical Support Voice
International Non-Voice Process
Roles and Responsibilities:-
Need excellent communication skills( C1 Quality )
Handle international customer queries through chat, email, or other non-voice channels.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues within defined timelines.
Maintain high standards of customer service and quality.
Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and performance metrics.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns when required.
