Role & responsibilities
6 to 9 years of PM experience/exposure
Managing Biopharma/Pharma programs
R&D; and product development exposure
Preferably, CDMO and collaborations experience
Project management of Vaccines/Biopharma/Pharma development, tech transfer or infrastructure projects.
Develop and Follow key Project management practices and flows that could aid the technical teams in timely delivery of milestones and projects. Apply Project management best practices to achieve deliverables in energetic workplace.
Develop, maintain and monitor comprehensive project plans (timelines) and budgets (Capex, Opex and Head count) with key milestones, budgets, and resources assigned to specific tasks and outcomes; define metrics for reporting performance against plan.
