Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage and execute production processing activities.
Work on Production Plan to achieve the dispatch commitment.
Ensure the team to achieve ZERO ACCIDENT, work setting.
Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures SOPs) and batch manufacturing records for smooth production operations and regulatory compliance.
Operate, monitor and maintain processing equipment and other related machinery.




Assist in troubleshooting and optimizing processes to enhance yield, purity, and overall process efficiency.
Maintain detailed and accurate production records, including deviations, equipment logs, and batch reports, in compliance with cGMP guidelines.
Collaborate with quality assurance and control teams to ensure that all activities meet regulatory and product quality standards.
Monitor and manage raw materials, consumables, and reagents required for processing activities.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements, including environmental and biosafety standards, during production.
