Responsibilities:
Handle all customer/courier returns received at the warehouse.
Receive and physically verify returned shipments.
Perform product-wise checking, quantity verification and condition assessment.
Segregate returns into Valuable Inventory, Bad Inventory, or QC Hold.
Update return status in WMS/Uniware.
Coordinate return GRN/putaway where applicable.
Maintain return-related records and daily MIS.
Identify discrepancies such as missing items, wrong SKU, damaged products, etc.
Ensure timely processing of all pending returns.
