Responsibilities
Call and follow up with leads generated through various channels
Understand and verify lead quality
Identify genuine business prospects
Conduct cold calling to generate current prospects
Understand customer requirements and share relevant information
Maintain accurate lead and call records
Coordinate with the sales team for qualified leads
Follow up with prospects to move opportunities forward

Requirements
Graduation required
Valuable verbal communication skills
Confident and comfortable speaking on calls
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to handle both inbound leads and cold calls
