Job Responsibilities
Acquire current customers for the bank's products and services.
Generate leads through references, customer interactions and assigned channels.
Explain savings accounts, current accounts and other relevant banking products.
Build and maintain robust customer relationships.
Achieve assigned acquisition and business targets.
Assist customers with account opening and documentation.
Ensure compliance with bank policies, KYC requirements and procedures.
Coordinate with internal teams to provide quality customer service.

Preferred candidate profile

Eligibility Criteria
Any graduate from a recognized university.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented attitude and willingness to work toward targets.
Interest in banking, sales and customer acquisition.
Freshers may apply, subject to the bank's selection criteria.
