Role & responsibilities
Explain IVF treatment packages, including consultation, investigations, medications, procedures and additional charges.
Counsel patients and their families about treatment affordability.
Prepare cost estimates and explain package inclusions and exclusions.
Coordinate with doctors, patient coordinators, billing teams and finance departments.
Follow up with patients regarding payment plans and treatment decisions.
Maintain accurate patient counselling records and follow patient confidentiality policies.
Help patients understand the financial implications of additional procedures, such as ICSI, embryo freezing and frozen embryo transfer (FET).

Preferred candidate profile
Experience in hospital counselling, IVF counselling, healthcare sales or patient coordination is preferred.
Positive communication skills in English, Hindi and Telugu
Basic computer knowledge, Excel and patient management software.
Empathy, negotiation, follow-up and documentation skills.
