Role & responsibilities

Responsibilities
Provide support for AI-powered applications and services.
Troubleshoot issues related to prompts, LLM responses, APIs, integrations, and application workflows.
Manage and maintain prompt repositories and Markdown (.md) based prompt configurations.
Implement prompt enhancements, configuration changes, and minor code fixes.
Monitor application health, analyze logs, and perform root cause analysis.
Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams for incident resolution and service improvements.

Required Skills
Robust Python development and debugging experience.
Hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON, and microservices.
Understanding of Generative AI, LLMs,



prompt engineering, and AI application support.
Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and configuration management.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (preferred Azure).
Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and incident management tools.
Robust analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience with Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar AI frameworks.
Exposure to DevOps practices, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Exposure to Azure platform
