Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition qualified with 6 to 8 years of recruitment experience to manage end-to-end hiring across various functions. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and ensuring timely closure of open positions.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.
Understand manpower requirements and prepare sourcing strategies.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
Conduct salary negotiations and manage offer rollouts.




Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely updates.
Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Generate recruitment MIS and hiring reports.

Required Skills
Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment.
Expertise in sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Robust negotiation and candidate engagement abilities.
Good knowledge of recruitment metrics and reporting.
Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS systems.

Educational Qualification
MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
Any graduate with relevant Talent Acquisition experience can also be considered.
