Job Responsibilities:
Assist with recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
Support onboarding, joining formalities, and employee documentation.
Coordinate employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
Maintain employee records, HR trackers, and MIS reports.
Support a HR operations, and other day-to-day HR activities.
Assist in policy communication and general HR administration.
Requirements:
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related field.
Positive communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
