Patient Engagement Executive/Patient Engagement Manager (Call Center Agent)

Develop and implement patient engagement strategies to improve outcomes and satisfaction.

Provide exceptional customer service and resolve patient complaints professionally.
Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and feedback.
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell relevant services to patients.
