PPP Policy & Institutional development Expert
Overall leadership in developing PPP policy, institutional frameworks, and MYAS, relevant state advisory.
Support development of PPP policy frameworks for sports infrastructure.
Review and evaluate state-proposed projects for PPP suitability.
Develop model PPP frameworks, guidance notes, SOPs, and toolkits.
Advise on PPP models including BOT, BOOT, DBFOT, O&M;, revenue sharing, and hybrid structures.
Conduct institutional assessments and recommend governance structures.
Support capacity building of State Sports Departments.
Experience:7 to 12 Years

MBA (Finance)/ PGDM (Finance) PGDB (Finance/CA/CFA)
B.Tech/B.E
