Training the technicians on how to handle frequently occurring issues in the water purifiers.
Updating & educating the technicians on any new development or updation in the products.
Working towards Product up gradation& Current Product Development

Installation and Setup:
Troubleshooting and Repair
Diagnose problems with malfunctioning appliances using specialized tools and software.
Repair or replace faulty components to restore appliance functionality.
Provide on-site support and remote troubleshooting as needed.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of service visits, repairs, and maintenance performed.



Prepare service reports and document customer interactions and feedback.

Training and Development: Train customers and junior technicians on proper appliance usage and maintenance. Participate in continuous training to stay updated on current appliances and technologies.

Safety and Compliance: Follow all safety protocols while performing installations, maintenance, and repairs. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Inventory Management: Manage parts inventory and ensure necessary tools and components are available. Order and track parts needed for repairs and maintenance.

Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks to ensure repairs and installations meet company standards. Provide feedback to manufacturers on recurring issues to improve product design and reliability.

Skills and Qualifications:
Robust technical knowledge of appliance mechanics and electronics. Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Relevant certifications or technical training in appliance repair and maintenance.
Physical stamina and dexterity for handling and repairing appliances.
