Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels
Screen resumes and conduct first-round interviews
Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Manage employee attendance and maintain HR records
Handle onboarding and joining formalities
Address employee HR-related queries and concerns
Prepare and maintain HR/MIS reports
Track recruitment targets, joining status, and employee performance
Support day-to-day HR and administrative activities
Requirements:
Prior HR/Recruitment experience is mandatory
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
Solid coordination and candidate-handling abilities
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/MIS
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet hiring targets
Languages Required: English, Hindi, Kannada & Tamil
Preferred:
Immediate Joiners
Candidates with prior HR/Recruitment experience or sales experience
Freshers are not eligible for this position.
