Role & responsibilities
Develop, customize, and configure Guidewire applications (Claim Center)
Work on enhancements, bug fixes, and production support.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and understand requirements.
Design and implement scalable solutions using Guidewire best practices.
Write clean, efficient, and reusable code using Gosu.
Integrate Guidewire applications with external systems via APIs and web services.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across settings.
Maintain proper documentation for development and system configurations.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong experience with Guidewire platform (minimum one module: ClaimCenter).
Proficiency in Gosu programming language.




Experience with Guidewire Studio and configuration tools.
Knowledge of SOAP/REST web services and integration patterns.
Familiarity with Java, XML, SQL, and relational databases.
Understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Positive problem-solving and analytical skills.
Robust communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications
Guidewire certifications (Associate or Specialist level).
Experience in insurance domain (P&C; preferred).
Exposure to Guidewire Cloud Platform.
Knowledge of DevOps tools (Jenkins, Git, CI/CD pipelines).
Experience with performance tuning and optimization.
