KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead, manage and motivate a team of real estate sales professionals.
Set and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
Monitor individual and team performance and drive consistent target achievement.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Handle client meetings, negotiations, site visits and follow-ups.
Train and mentor team members to improve their sales performance.
Develop strategies to generate recent business and increase revenue.
Maintain and monitor the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports/MIS for management.
Coordinate with Pre-Sales, Marketing, CRM and other internal teams.
Build and maintain solid relationships with clients.
Track market trends, competitor activity and current business opportunities.
Ensure the team follows company sales processes and policies.
