Salary: 25%–30% hike on current CTC, depending on experience and interview performance.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop current business opportunities in the manufacturing and textile industry.
Generate leads through market research, networking, and client outreach.
Acquire new clients and maintain relationships with existing customers.
Understand client requirements and offer suitable products or business solutions.
Handle client meetings, sales presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups.




Achieve business development and sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and timely delivery.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
Maintain sales reports, client databases, and business pipelines.
Contribute to the company's revenue growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications
2–3 years of experience in business development or sales.
Mandatory experience in the Manufacturing / Textile industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong client acquisition and relationship management abilities.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Good market knowledge and business networking skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented approach.
