Expert in Contract / Subcon Hiring
Selecting profiles for respective positions by matching their skills with the given requirements
Taking all vital details from the candidate before taking his case ahead
Check credentials of the candidate, before proposing to clients.
Lining up candidates for Interview and keeping them updated.
Strong experience in Stakeholder Management, and relationship building.
Strong communicator - can effectively and confidently communicate to all levels of the business
Has the ability to work in a quick-paced ever-changing start-up setting, Need to be Proactive, just-in-time recruitment in a fast paced setting.
Must be target driven and resulted oriented person




Must possess strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally.
Ability to self-motivate and multi-task and work independently or within a team.

Minimum 2 years of experience in Contract/Subcon Hiring
Ability to understand the requirement.

Effectively manage multiple job requisitions and deliver on a high volume basis.
