We are looking for a result-oriented Purchasing Executive to join our procurement team at B. Jain Pharmaceuticals. The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end sourcing of raw materials and packaging components essential for our Ayurvedic and Cosmetic product lines.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sourcing: Procurement of Ayurvedic herbs, essential oils, and specialized cosmetic packaging.
Vendor Management: Negotiating pricing, credit terms, and maintaining solid supplier relationships.
ERP Operations: Managing Purchase Orders (PO), GRNs, and accurate PPI entry.
Logistics: Tracking Inbound and Outbound shipments to ensure zero production downtime.

Candidate Requirements
Experience: 25 years in Cosmetics, Pharma, or Ayurveda sectors.
Software: Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) experience is highly preferred.
Skills: Solid negotiation and advanced MS Excel skills.
Communication: Qualified fluency in English (Written Verbal).
