Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Professional to manage end-to-end recruitment for our clients across EPC, Infrastructure, Construction, Manufacturing, Real Estate, Logistics, IT & Non-IT sectors.

Key Responsibilities
Understand client requirements and prepare detailed candidate search strategies.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, databases, references and other channels.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical, functional and behavioural requirements.
Conduct preliminary candidate discussions and assess suitability, experience and compensation expectations.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients and ensure timely follow-up.
Maintain an updated candidate database and recruitment tracker.
Handle multiple mandates simultaneously and ensure closure within agreed timelines.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
Support bulk hiring as well as niche/senior-level recruitment.
Follow up on offer,



joining and onboarding until successful placement.
Support business development through client mapping, identifying hiring opportunities and generating new requirements.
Ensure accurate recruitment MIS and regular reporting to management.

Preferred Profile
Graduate / MBA / PGDM in HR preferred.
02 years of recruitment experience in consultancy / staffing / corporate recruitment.
Solid exposure to EPC, Construction, Infrastructure, Manufacturing, IT or Non-IT recruitment will be an advantage.
Positive knowledge of sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
Strong communication, negotiation and candidate-management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage recruitment targets.
Result-oriented, energetic and comfortable working in a fast-paced recruitment setting.
