Job Summary

We are looking for a capable resource to coordinate, ranging from simple activities to more complex plans. This role will provide on-site/ on-call assistance to end-users within the organization s desktop computing environment in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure optimal service delivery.

Responsibilities
Experience: Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience working in a pharmaceutical company or regulated pharma environment.
Pharma Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT infrastructure operations within the pharmaceutical industry.
GxP Setting: Good knowledge and hands-on experience working in a GxP-regulated workplace.
Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of GxP, GMP, and IT compliance requirements applicable to pharmaceutical environments.
Infrastructure Skills: Hands-on experience with IT infrastructure, servers, networking, end-user support,



system monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Documentation Processes: Familiarity with maintaining and following SOPs, work instructions, incident records, change records, and other compliance-related documentation.
Preferred Experience: Candidates with prior experience supporting pharmaceutical manufacturing plants and IT infrastructure will be preferred.
Versatile and ready for 247 support including night shifts
