Minimum Profile Requirements
Bachelors degree in engineering in the relevant discipline.
Minimum 8 to 10 years of relevant inspection experience.
Familiarity with applicable ASME, API, ISO, IS, and other relevant industry standards.
Experience in inspection and health-check activities for aged, relocated, or previously operated equipment will be preferred.
Relevant NDT knowledge and/or certification, where applicable to the discipline.
Positive reporting, documentation, and coordination skills.
Valid site safety training and medical fitness certification, as applicable.

Scope of Inspectors

The proposed inspectors shall be responsible for:
Reviewing approved procedures, ITPs, drawings, specifications, and inspection checklists.
Performing visual inspections of accessible items,



where applicable.
Witnessing dimensional checks, NDT activities, calibration, functional testing, hydrostatic testing, electrical testing, and other applicable inspections carried out by the vendor.
Verifying equipment identification, tagging, and document traceability.
Reviewing vendor-prepared inspection and test reports.
Verifying the calibration status of instruments used by the vendor.
Recording inspection observations, punch points, and non-conformities.
Preparing daily inspection reports and supporting weekly progress reporting.
