Role & responsibilities
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors degree in computer science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
2–5 years of experience working with Veeva CRM and/or Veeva Vault.
Hands-on knowledge of CRM data models, CLM workflows, user access models, and commercial operations.
Understanding of Vault objects, documents, workflows, lifecycles, and security configurations.
Technical experience with:
Java / Apex
JavaScript / HTML
SQL / SOQL / XML / JSON
REST/SOAP APIs
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to independently own deliverables.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; experience working with global teams.
