Manage daily facility operations and maintenance.
Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and service vendors.
Monitor electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other building systems.
Handle and resolve tenant/occupant complaints.
Conduct regular property inspections and identify maintenance needs.
Manage facility expenses and maintenance budgets.
Ensure safety, fire, and statutory compliance.
Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance.
Maintain maintenance records and prepare reports.
Support fit-outs, renovations, and property improvement work.
Requirements -
48 years of experience in Facility Management, preferably in Real Estate.
Valuable knowledge of building maintenance and vendor management.
Positive communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and teams.
Basic knowledge of MS Office.
