Responsibilities
Advanced L2/L3 troubleshooting and root cause analysis
End-to-end service restoration and fault ownership
Act as SPOC for critical IP-MPLS / SR-MPLS incidents
Plan, test, and execute software upgrades and patches
Support network migrations, expansions, and change activities
Provide network optimization and performance improvement recommendations
Prepare RCA, SOP, and MOP documents
Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and performance trends
Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, and internal teams
Mentor and guide L1/L2 engineers

Technical Skills
IP-MPLS / SR-MPLS architecture
Routing protocols (OSPF, IS-IS, BGP)
MPLS, LDP, RSVP-TE, Segment Routing
L2/L3 services (VLAN, VRF, VPLS, EVPN)
OAM tools, quick reroute, service assurance
Experience with NMS/EMS/Controllers

Soft Skills
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication
Ability to work under pressure
Customer-facing experience
