Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Design Engineer CAD Operator with robust hands-on expertise in EPLAN Electric P8, electrical control panel design, PLC systems and industrial automation.

The candidate will be responsible for developing production-ready electrical drawings, control panel schematics, BOMs and wiring harness drawings, along with supporting system integration, commissioning and troubleshooting activities.

Key Responsibilities
Create Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), electrical schematics and control panel GA drawings.
Prepare panel fabrication drawings and production-ready electrical documentation.
Develop engine wiring harness drawings.
Design and select electrical components such as PLC, circuit breakers, relays, HMI, sensors, actuators and LV switchgear.
Configure PLC I/O architecture including DI, DO, AI and AO.
Prepare and maintain accurate BOMs and project documentation in ERP systems.
Work on GenSet electrical systems, control architecture and related PLC logic requirements.




Work with industrial communication protocols such as Ethernet, CAN Bus and Serial Communication.
Coordinate with software, mechanical, manufacturing, assembly and testing teams for system integration.
Provide technical support during installation, testing and commissioning.
Troubleshoot electrical and hardware issues and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Support continuous improvement, standardization and value engineering activities.
Willingness to travel to customer/project sites as required.
