Job Description

We are looking for energetic and result-oriented sales specialists for our Loan Against Property (LAP) business. The candidate will be responsible for generating business, sourcing new customers, managing channel partners, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate LAP business through direct sales, connectors, DSA, and channel partners.
Identify potential customers and generate leads through field visits and references.
Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs, brokers, builders, and other referral partners.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
Collect and verify customer documents and coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams.




Follow up on loan applications from login to disbursement.
Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide regular business updates to the reporting manager.

Candidate Requirements:
Experience in LAP, mortgage loans, home loans, or secured lending preferred.
Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Strong knowledge of local markets and customer acquisition.
Ability to work in a target-driven sales setting.
