At Yusen Logistics India Pvt Ltd we are looking for Senior Executive Billing , Mumbai -
Roles and Responsibilities -
Monthly checking SAP and highlighting and solving discrepancy
Escalating on expiry of quotation or non availability of quotation on customer billing.
WIP Revenue Monitoring on monthly basis.
Cost Accrual-Cost booked and vendor invoice not received to be escalated.
Approval of export payment requisition in absence of team members.
Approval of Import Payment Requisition.
Credit Note Approvals & Maintaining Sets.
Follow-up and resolving remittance query, HO Query.
Following up for dockets at regular intervals and ensuring billing on time.
Taking all other activities related to invoicing / activities as per need.
To develop MIS reports for various accounts and monitor the performance closely
