Conduct daily site safety inspections and identify unsafe acts and conditions.
Ensure compliance with company safety policies and applicable statutory requirements.
Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness training for employees and contractors.
Identify workplace hazards and conduct risk assessments and Job Safety Analysis (JSA).
Ensure the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Monitor high-risk activities, including work at height, hot work, confined space entry, and lifting operations.
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and recommend corrective actions.
Inspect fire extinguishers, emergency exits, first-aid facilities, and emergency equipment.
Maintain safety records, inspection reports, permits, and incident documentation.
Ensure contractors and workers follow protected work procedures.
Coordinate emergency drills and implement emergency response procedures.
Report safety violations and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
